We have been short-staffed for a few months.
The staff I have is great and has stepped up to fill the gaps. But, we are overworked.
As to not lose them or impact our customers with poor service/product, I have decided to closed the cafe section until August 2.
Some may think closing for three weeks is a bit drastic. My staff's mental health and our food quality is my main concern.
If we are able to hire qualified staff and train everyone sooner, we will open sooner.
